Products marked Free Exchange can be swapped for another size free of charge, we will either supply a free post label on smaller items or arrange a courier to collect larger items.

To return an item that is an incorrect size just follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact customer services with your order number on 0844 567 70 70
  2. We will then either e-mail you a freepost label or arrange a courier to collect depending on the size of the item for exchange
  3. Pack the item securely and enclose the delivery/returns note indicating the required alternative size
  4. If courier collection has been arranged, label the package with the address below:

Please be aware that we cannot specify when the courier will collect so you should be available all day on the day you selected for collection.

Please note items being returned for refund cannot use the free exchange system, any item returned for refund will have the postage/courier charge deducted from any refund.
